Patrick graduated from Quinnipiac University in 2010 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. He later became a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy (OCS). He specializes in rehabilitation and optimizing human performance. He has previously worked as a contractor for the U.S. Air Force and with professional athletes. He has received his Certificate in Applied Functional Science from the Gray Institute. He has also worked in a variety of physical therapy clinics across the U.S.
Patrick enjoys getting to know his patients and their backgrounds. He will use his extensive background working with athletes of all ages and abilities to tailor a personalized regimen to help you achieve your goals. Wherever you are currently he is sure that he can help you better yourself and improve your function. He will look at multiple aspects of your current activity and help optimize it. Patrick can help with someone just getting started with working out or with someone looking to compete professionally. He looks forward to meeting you and getting to know where you are coming from.
A comprehensive 60-minute appointment to discuss your history, complete objective testing, thoroughly review your diagnosis and prognosis for rehabilitation, and experience re-testing of symptoms after treatment. You will be able to set your goals, establish a treatment plan, and leave with a home exercise program on day one.
Follow Up Visits
These 30 to 60-minute appointments take your current treatment tolerance into consideration and work to progress treatment and movement each session. Each visit will be a new challenge to address your needs and accomplish your goals.
Oxygen Advantage Breath Training
A 60-minute appointment to analyze your breathing and learn to maximize your body’s ability to tolerate activity and recover more efficiently through correct breathing. The Oxygen Advantage Method by Patrick McKeown involves breathing mechanics and airflow, nasal breathing, carbon dioxide, and Body Oxygen Level Testing (BOLT).
