Pelvic Floor Therapist:

We are looking for a full time pelvic health therapist – PT or OT – to join our team! This role is a mix of direct patient care, team collaboration, community outreach, and clinical mentorship. Prior experience in pelvic health and orthopedics is preferred, and completion of an entry level pelvic health course or clinical is desired.

You get to offer treatments that your patient needs, whether that is treating the foot for their pelvic floor or doing an internal exam. Responsibilities:

Be able to combine pelvic health and orthopedics to properly assess and treat all genders for various pelvic health concerns.
Be able to perform internal (vaginal and rectal) and external pelvic floor exams and treatment as part of a comprehensive plan of care for patients.
Collaborate with providers to support an inter-disciplinary model to increase quality of care for your patients.
Actively engage in mentorship with team members to foster growth and continued learning.
Create educational videos/handouts/other material for patients and educational content.
Understand movement patterns of various activities/sports (running, cross fit, weight training, yoga, pilates, gymnastics, dance, etc.) to best facilitate patient care.
Complete patient care notes in a timely manner.
Assist in scheduling patients.
Communicate with team members to maintain work flow and respectful environment.
Assist in community outreach and workshop opportunities.
