FOUNDER, OWNER

Patrick is an orthopedic physical therapist passionate about building relationships with his patients to help them achieve goals and optimize daily life or performance. He works with athletes of all ages and abilities, from high school athletes to Crossfit athletes competing in the Open. Patrick is constantly working behind the scenes to integrate technologies such as KAATSU and Neubie into his treatments for patient success. 

Patrick graduated from Quinnipiac University in 2010 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy.

Courtney’s mission is to empower women and men with pelvic health issues to confidently return to the activities they love. She has over a decade of experience in orthopedic and pelvic health care, and is an avid fitness enthusiast with passions for weight lifting and running. 

Courtney graduated in 2017 from Northeastern University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy

PELVIC FLOOR PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Sami is a pelvic health physical therapist who is passionate about helping patients return to the best version of themselves through education and exercise during various phases of life including pregnancy, postpartum, menopause and post-menopause. 

She graduated from the University of Hartford in 2023  with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. 

When not in the clinic, Sami enjoys going to the beach, shopping, baking, traveling and spending time with her husband and dog, Chase!

PELVIC FLOOR PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Elana is a pelvic health physical therapist who is dedicated to supporting and empowering her patients to do what moves them with confidence and joy. She is a certified pregnancy and postpartum exercise specialist and registered yoga teacher. Elana has experience treating a range of pelvic health conditions including urinary incontinence and urgency, pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, constipation, fecal incontinence, interstitial cystitis,  diastasis recti, and other changes related to pregnancy and postpartum.

Elana graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from MGH Institute of Health Professions in 2020.

When not in the clinic, Elana enjoys being a mama, spending time with her family, practicing yoga, dancing, curling up with a cup of tea and a good book, checking out farmers markets and eating delicious food.

OFFICE MANAGER

Kimberly has over 20 years experience with client-based services and customer relations. She works deligently to make sure our patients experience top-notch care from the moment they first call our office.

She is a 500 hour and 95 hour certified adult and children's yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance. In her free time she enjoys doing yoga and spending time with her family at the beach.
