Constipation comes in many forms, but there is always one common denominator among those who deal with it: it’s UNCOMFORTABLE! It slows you down, it keeps you from wanting to eat a proper meal, and you sure don’t want to put on those skinny jeans. Next time you are backed up, skip straining like crazy on the toilet and try I Love U (or abdominal) massage instead!
We shared a reel on Instagram a couple weeks ago demonstrating the technique for ILU massage, and have posted it here for you to see. It is super easy and does not require any extra tools. Even better! Just use a medium amount of pressure with your hands, or if you want to go the extra mile, try some dragging cups in the same manner.
Try a daily routine of ILU massage, even if it is only for 1 minute (but 5-10 will really give you the magic!). We prefer in the morning, but if there is a time you prefer to have a bowel movement, try it then.

Diaphragmatic breathing or meditation
Stretching to move the pelvis and abdomen
Amazing bowel mechanics (please no straining or hovering)
