Everyone loves getting as much done as possible with as little things as possible, right? This couldn’t be more true for the pregnant and postpartum folks we have coming in our doors. And for those that enjoy moving their bodies, our prenatal-postpartum group fitness class is the perfect way to exercise AND take care of your core, pelvic floor, and mobility, AND meet up with friends. Check, check, check.
So after an amazing summer session, our small group classes will be moving to a new time! Starting October 3rd, join us in the fall on Mondays at 6pm for class. We’ll be keeping the same format with circuit training, the same community (but making it better with any newcomers!), and the same coach.
No matter what level of fitness or stage of parenthood you are joining us from, you are always welcome and will have movement options available to challenge you – but with zero intimidation!
